This Privacy Policy describes how the ColorPOP Application handles information in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13.709/2018).
ColorPOP was developed with privacy in mind, does not require registration, and does not collect users' personal data.

The Application may store exclusively on the user's device:
Advertising platforms may collect technical device data under their own policies, without the DEVELOPER having access to such information.
The locally stored information is used solely to improve the user experience within the Application.
No legal basis applies to personal data processing, as the DEVELOPER does not collect personal data.
Data voluntarily provided by email will be used only to handle the user's request.
The DEVELOPER does not share personal data.
Any data processed by third-party services is subject exclusively to those providers' own policies.
The Application does not store personal data on its own or external servers.
Good secure development practices are adopted to protect the Application and information stored locally on the user's device.
If the user voluntarily provides data through email contact, they may exercise the rights provided by the LGPD.
The Application does not intentionally collect data from minors under 18 years old.
This Policy may be updated at any time. The current version will be available in the Application.

ColorPOP uses third-party services such as Google AdMob to display ads. These services may collect technical device identifiers according to their own privacy policies. The DEVELOPER does not have access to, control over, or storage of that data.
