This Privacy Policy describes how the Mosaix Application handles information in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018).

2. General principle

Mosaix was developed with a focus on privacy, does not require registration, and does not collect users’ personal data.

3. Data collected

3.1. Personal data

The Application does not collect any personal data.

3.2. Local preferences

The Application may store simple settings and game progress (such as whether sound is enabled, language, unlocked chapters, and collection progress) only on the user’s device.

3.3. Third-party data

Advertising platforms may collect data in accordance with their own policies, without the DEVELOPER having access to that information.

4. Purpose

The DEVELOPER does not process personal data. Local preferences exist only to improve the user experience and retain progress within the Application.

5. Legal basis

No legal basis for processing personal data applies because no such data is collected. Data voluntarily provided by email will be used only to respond to the request.

6. Sharing

The DEVELOPER does not share personal data. Any data collected by third parties is governed by those providers’ policies.

7. Storage

The Application does not store personal data on its own servers.

8. Security

Secure development best practices are adopted to protect the Application, even though no personal data is processed.

9. Data subject rights

If data is provided voluntarily (e.g., by contacting us via email), the data subject may exercise their rights under the LGPD.

10. Children’s privacy

The Application does not intentionally collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.

11. Changes

This Policy may be updated at any time. The current version will be available in the Application.

Addendum – Advertising transparency

Mosaix uses third-party services, such as Google AdMob, to display ads.

These services may collect technical device identifiers in accordance with their own privacy policies. The DEVELOPER does not have access to, control over, or store this data.
