Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Parties

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the Mosaix application, owned by Thiago Santiago de Souza, an individual, hereinafter referred to as the DEVELOPER.

2. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using the Application, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms. If the user does not agree, they must uninstall the Application and stop using it.

3. Purpose of the Application

Mosaix is a visual entertainment and casual relaxation application based on assembling images in mosaic format.

The Application allows users to complete images, explore themed collections, and track their progress in the game.

Collections may include different visual categories, such as landscapes, animals, dance, extreme sports, fantasy, and wonders of the modern world.

The Application is intended exclusively for recreational purposes and does not provide medical, therapeutic, or psychological services.

4. Registration and data

4.1.

The Application does not require registration.

4.2.

The DEVELOPER does not collect or store users’ personal data.

4.3.

The Application may store only local preferences and game progress (such as whether sound is enabled, language, unlocked chapters, and collection progress), exclusively on the user’s device, without sending this information to external servers.

5. Cookies and technologies

5.1.

The Application does not use its own cookies.

5.2.

Third-party services, such as advertising platforms, may use technical identifiers in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. Ads and third-party services

6.1.

The Application may display ads through third-party platforms (e.g., Google AdMob).

6.2.

Any data collection and processing carried out by these services are the sole responsibility of their respective providers.

7. Operation

7.1.

The Application works predominantly offline and may require an internet connection only to display ads.

7.2.

The DEVELOPER does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may perform updates and maintenance.

8. User obligations

The user agrees to:

• Use the Application lawfully;
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application;
• Not use the Application for illegal or offensive purposes.

9. Intellectual property

All Application content (interface, images, animations, visual effects, sounds, logos, and source code) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorization.

10. Liability

The DEVELOPER is not responsible for:

• Misuse of the Application;
• Failures of the user’s device;
• Third-party content or services;
• Connectivity issues.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available in the Application.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Brasília, Federal District, Brazil, shall have jurisdiction.

Addendum – Ads and third-party services

The Application may display ads provided by third-party platforms, such as Google AdMob.

Any collection and processing of data for displaying or personalizing ads are the sole responsibility of those providers, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
